Alyse Danley has over 14 years of experience in the medical industry functioning in various roles and specialties. Her background in practice management, credentialing, implementations, and in both front and back-end billing functions are integral in partnering with clients to streamline processes and maximize reimbursement.
Alyse’s experience and leadership has served hospital and physician groups, and individual physician practices in over 25 major medical specialties in start-up, transition, and practice maintenance. In a market that is largely geared toward hospital affiliated groups and large practices, Alyse has worked with individual physicians to strategize and implement smart and clean billing practices which allow them to effectively manage and maintain their independent practices. The key components to ensuring all her partner practices’ successes and continued growth has been a combination of process and data analytics, identifying revenue flow discrepancies and areas for improvement, trending, and collaborating with the practice to implement more efficient processes. These processes, combined with her experience, make Alyse an excellent partner in the start-up, transition, and growth periods of each practice, allowing physicians to focus on patient care instead of the RCM process.
